Have a Safe Halloween
Posted on Oct 19th, 2016
Halloween is a kid’s delight. It’s a blast to dress up in costumes, go trick-or-treating, attend parties and, most of all, eat candy.
At the same time, Halloween can be scary for parents. Costumes can be dangerous, too much candy can be sickening and walking around at night can be risky.

Hi Neighbors,
Well, summer has just flown by , and we are already looking at the start of school.  Of course with summer, the Board focus has been primarily on the pools.  As stated at the beginning of the summer, we switched pool companies to Waters Edge right before Memorial Day, and the improvement was immediate.

Hi Neighbors,
We are well into summer, and it occurred to me that there are some thank you(s) to be made.  We are all appreciative of the flags and other decorations around the neighborhood, and we have Jim and Shelly Owens to thank for that.  They are also responsible for the Christmas decorations and are considering other festive dcorations.  Summer also means our annual HOA picnic, which has been impacted by rain for the last three years.  We thank Therese Casterline for organizing that eachyear and scrambling to cancel and reschedule when the weather is less friendly.
