ACCESS:
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CARD WITH YOU TO ACCESS THE POOL. DO NOT ALLOW  ACCESS  TO ANYONE  WITHOUT  A  CARD  OR  WITH  A  CARD  THAT DOES NOT WORK. If a member’s card does not work it may be because they are delinquent in paying their association dues. Access to the pool/amenity center area is for members who are in good standing ONLY. Members of the recreation center will receive two access cards per family, one card will work only at the family pool and one card will work only at the adult pool. The access cards will be monitored through the computerized access mechanism. Members who lose their access cards will be charged $10.00 for replacement and reactivation expense. The lost cards will be deactivated. Any member not in good standing will have their access cards deactivated.
 
GUESTS:
Each HOUSEHOLD is permitted two guests at any one time. Guests MUST be accompanied by a member. Guests at the Adult Pool must be 21 years of age and older. If you are having additional company you may obtain special permission by calling the management office. This must be done at least 7 days in advance of the anticipated dates of use because an approval letter will be provided to you.
 
PARTIES:
Any member wishing to have a party may do so by requesting in writing 14 days prior to the scheduled party date. Parties may be held Wednesday-Thursday ONLY. No parties will be allowed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Parties are limited to 15 guests. The pool will still be accessible to other members. The procedures are:
1.    Obtain and fill out the required application and submit a deposit.
2.    Member will be responsible for picking up all trash and debris as well as clean up.
3.    A party may not be held without approval from the board.
 
STEWART PENINSULA GENERAL POOL RULES:
1.    Pool monitors have final authority
2.    SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
3.    No children under 14 years of age are permitted in the pool area without an adult over the age of 18. Any child who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult in the water and/or wear a properly fitted U.S. Coastguard approved life vest.
4.    No diving.
5.    Do NOT swim alone.
6.    No alcoholic beverages at the Family Pool.
7.    No smoking in the pool area. NO CIGARETTES, CIGARS OR E-CIGARETTES ALLOWED
8.    No glass containers in the pool area.
9.     Please shower or wipe off all oils and lotions before getting in the pool. It accumulates on the side of the pool creating a thick residue.
10.  Babies must wear swim diapers.
11.  No running or rough housing.
12.  No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades or roller skates in use will be allowed in the pool area.
13.  No rafts or large flotation devices are permitted.
14.  Pool furniture may not be “saved” and is on a first come first serve basis.
15.  No furniture is allowed in the pools, period.
16.  No pets allowed, with the exception of handicap guide dogs.
17.  Appropriate swimwear only. No cutoffs.
18.  No abusive language, loud radio or excessive noise.
19.  Please pick up all belongs and deposit trash in designated trash receptacles.
20.  The homeowners association assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to personal property or effects left in pool area by residents or their guests.
21.  The homeowners association assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to anyone resulting from the use of the pool.
22.  Please do not allow access to anyone who does not have their access card or has an access card that does not work.
23.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR ACCESS CARDS TO ANYONE OTHER THAN MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
24.  Monitors have final authority.
 
RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE BOARD; VIOLATIONS TO THESE GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN DISCONTINUED POOL PRIVILEGES AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD.
